got my final year btech results

after seeing my results for 2sec i was at the top of the sky, though it may be less marks compared to toppers but for me it is an achievement. got 78% and secured 50/50 in mini project and 200/200 marks in main project which is the topmark.

the main thing in my project is... it is a own project done in my home it self in my miniature lab. as all are started buying project i decided to do own project, which brought me here.


i dedicate my result to my parents, my loving brother, my uncle prabhakar, my HOD Prof.T.N.V.L.N.Kumar, my new guru in electronics DR. VU2HMY, and all my dear friends without the help of all these people i would have not got this.


coming to the project work i specially thanq my mother who helped me in assembling my project circuit by holding and assting by giving proper components when i was assembling continoulsy encouraging me towards what i think. she is the real god for me my best friend.

our hod sir have made a really valuable contribution by monitoring me continously during the project and standing near me while testing even in his busy schedules.

i thank my friend saran who helped my by encoraging my ideas in my course of B.Tech.

i specially than brahmi for his humor which made me relaxed.

i thank vijay who always encouraged me to do anything i wish.

i wish my guide narendra kumar sir without whom the project is incomplete.

we cant know time it is really great. HAPPY/SAD

finally after a long struggle i was able to modify the frequency of my VHF handy using diode matrix programming for IC-TC9122P, and made different freq for different channels and was able to copy VU2HMY, but was not able to transmit, later removed a resistor which makes the circuit only receive, after some time i lost both TX/RX, unable to find the fault really mood out, first happy and then really more sad.

builded a home made VHF whip antenna

today i have build a home made whip antenna using a BNC connector and a normal whip antenna. it is working fine for me waiting for my signal reports from VU2HMY

worked on my VHF handy

after a lot of work first ichanged the freq to 145.000 later on by BCD programming changed it to 145.275 but eagerly waiting to make it 145.500 and more desired frequencies

A unexpected thing happened

this is really unforgettable i was unable to see the person so sad this day and sadly the was ended. but a call suddenly gave me a shock after seeing this i can remember the shock

A Great work and modding ICOM IC-H6 VHF handy

today i did a great work and research on the above said handy it was a bit difficult as it a very old logic but i have strongly determined to modify its operating frequency which when asked others have no proper solution. i and VU2HMY studied but in vain sir told he cant guide me further. later with a hard zeal and determination to modify it i have studied many things about PLL and other dividers and finally found the way to modify it. also waiting for some more info from VU3VTK. finally i am at 99% of this modding project.

got HMY2K8 PCBs

really happy that i got hmy2k8 circuit pcbs as a compliment from Dr.Rajasekhar designer of hmy2k8 transceiver. so i am really happy just had a keen look over the pcbs kit today and will slowly start assembly step by step.
